Lots of students have questions about finding scholarships and grants for college. But did you know that finding money for college often depends on first building an appropriate college list for your particular situation? Financial fit is one of six factors to consider when thinking about college.
Students and their adults, join us on Tuesday, September 17 at 7 pm Central to learn the six keys of college fit. You’ll come away with a plan for your junior and senior years, a curated list of free and reputable resources, and plenty of time to have your questions answered.
Our presenter is Holly Ramsey, who helps families (including homeschool families) create clear, concise, and compelling college applications to a balanced list of best-fit colleges. Holly is a professional college admissions consultant and founder of Thoughtful Homeschooling. Her professional affiliations include the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling (TACAC), as well as the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), where she founded and chaired the homeschool affinity group and serves as part of the faculty for IECA’s Summer Training Institutes. Holly homeschooled her own five children for over 20 years.
All registered participants who attend the live webinar will be eligible for a drawing at the end for one free copy of Holly’s new book, College UnMazed: Your Guide to Design & Document Your Homeschool.
