Our courses are taught in multi-age classes. For information about why we do this, please see this blog post. Multi-age classrooms require that we differentiate based on student abilities but for high school students, we offer AP and Honors level work for students who are older or more experienced and they are given more challenging work rather than just “more work” (although the work they are given usually takes more time and depth).
We align our topics across levels to make it easier to do group activities. Each level has a 4-year rotation. Below are the planned course and topic rotations.
